Ayana completed her degree of Physiotherapy in 2011, in the Philippines. Ayana has a keen interest in treating sports related injuries and has travelled with her national Volleyball team members to the 2013 Asia Pacific Games.

Ayana joined Launceston Physiotherapy in March 2016 and made a significant contribution to the team, with her dedication to patient needs.

Ayana studies Muay Thai martial arts to keep fit, enjoys outdoor activities such as white water rafting, camping and fishing. Ayana’s move to Tasmania is suiting her very well.

Ayana is enthusiastic about being a physio and will strive to gain the best outcome for you.

Stuart Wright, Myotherapist

Stuart, a Myotherapist (see below for definition), joined the clinic in January 2021 having recently arrived from Melbourne with his young family.
He has worked in private clinics for more than 7 years with Physios, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists and clinical Pilates Instructors.
He is also a Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, bringing his enthusiasm for an active lifestyle into his treatments.
He uses a mix of remedial massage, stretching, dry needling and cupping to his treatments and is passionate about helping his clients feel great and stay that way.
Stuart enjoys treating a wide variety of patients from a range of industries including office workers, tradies and athletes.

Myotherapy is a healthcare profession focusing on the assessment, treatment and management of the whole person, in particular for musculo-skeletal issues. They apply a range of treatment methods and evidence-based information to support patient outcomes.

Caitlin Prior, Remedial Massage Therapist Remedial, Relaxation, Sports, Cupping, Deep Tissue

Caitlin is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with experience in all areas of Remedial therapy such as relaxation, sport, deep tissue and cupping.
Caitlin has a passion for anatomy, fitness and well being. She has experience working along side trainers for Bridgenorth Football Club teams and local athletics club, treating mild sports related injuries and injury prevention. Caitlin is enjoying being part of a team with her colleagues Lee-anne and Stuart, and actively seeks advice from Senior Physio Karl Thomas. Cailtin loves the clinics learning environment and all related discussions, especially the rehab teamwork approach.
Caitlin enjoys whenever she can to work along side our Physios to further her knowledge and for shadowing experience and is often found watching the physios to improve her techniques in all areas of patient care. She is keen to become competent at dry needling after completing a course recently.
Caitlin loves treating non-athletes as she is keenly aware of the benefits of remedial therapy for all members of our community.
In her free time she enjoys furthering her studies and being active in the gym.

Mandisa has worked in various fields of physiotherapy for 16 years. Her expertise lies in rehabilitating pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, Lumbo pelvic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation.
